    Prepare The Ingredients

    Halve potatoes lengthwise

  2. 2

    Cook The Potatoes

Toss fingerling potatoes with 1 tsp. olive oil, grainy mustard, panko,1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper on prepared baking sheet. Spread into a single layer and roast until golden brown and fork-tender, 18-20 minutes.

While potatoes cook, prepare the burgers.

In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chipotle seasoning, 1/4 tsp salt and a pinch of pepper. Form into two equal-sized patties, about 1/3" thick and 4" in diameter.

Place a large nonstick pan on the stove over medium heat. Add patties and 1 tsp olive oil to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.

  4. 4

    Make The Sauce

Add sour cherry jam and bbq sauce to a mixing bowl and stir until throughly combined.
