Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Customize It Instructions

If using chicken, pat dry and cut into 1" dice. Season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken to hot pan and stir occasionally until chicken browns and reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes. Serve on salad.

If using steak, pat dry and season with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add steak to hot pan and cook until steak reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Rest 3 minutes, then slice into 1/4" pieces. Serve on salad.

If using pulled pork, place pork in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes. Serve on salad.

1 Make The Salad
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Microwave corn in a microwave-safe bowl, 2 minutes. Toss corn with fajita seasoning. Place spinach, pepper and onion mix, cheese, and corn in a bowl and toss with dressing. Garnish with tortilla strips. Bon appétit!
