If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine honey, 2 Tbsp. softened butter, and a pinch of pepper. Set aside.Pat pork chops dry. Season both sides with garlic salt and a pinch of pepper. -
2 Cook the Pork Chops
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork to hot pan. Cook until golden-brown and pork chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner pork chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork chops cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Broccoli
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add broccoli and 1 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover, and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-5 minutes.Uncover, and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in cheese, 1/4 tsp. salt, buttermilk-dill seasoning, and a pinch of pepper until combined. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork with honey butter. Bon appétit!
