1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. In one provided tray, add tomatoes and prick all over with a fork. Add spinach, 1 Tbsp. water, and a pinch of salt. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until tomatoes begin to soften and spinach wilts, 3-4 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from microwave. Lightly press on tomatoes and transfer half the vegetables into second provided tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.In a mixing bowl, combine ragu, cream base, garlic, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and mozzarella. Divide sauce and pasta evenly between two trays. Stir to combine.Cover both trays with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until warmed through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, garnish with Parmesan. Bon appétit! -
2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
