If using diced chicken breasts, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, break up into bite-size pieces. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until burger is heated through, 17-20 minutes.

Bake the Vegetables
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine tomatoes, onions, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.While vegetables bake, continue recipe. -
Heat Sauce and Add Shrimp
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine marinara, 1/4 cup water, cream cheese, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Microwave, 60 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave. Stir to combine.Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in pasta and sauce. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry. Place shrimp on pasta in a single layer. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir to combine. Rest, 5 minutes.Crush croutons in bag.To serve, top pasta with cheese, crushed croutons, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
