Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using 20 oz. steak strips, follow same instructions as 10 oz. steak strips, working in batches, if necessary.

If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Follow same instructions as steak strips in Step 1, stirring occasionally until browned and chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry. Follow same instructions as steak strips in Step 1, cooking until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

If using sliced pork, follow same instructions as steak strips in Step 1, stirring occasionally until browned and pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Cook the Steak Strips
Pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces.
Place a medium oven-safe non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.Add steak strips, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes. While steak strips cook, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Coarsely chop spinach.
Mince garlic.Combine ricotta and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Set aside. -
3 Add the Pasta
Add garlic to hot pan with steak strips and stir often until fragrant, 30-60 seconds.
Add pasta, cream base, spinach, a pinch of salt and pepper, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for topping). Mix well. Remove from burner.Top evenly with panko, remaining Parmesan, and dollops of ricotta mixture. -
4 Bake Pasta and Finish Dish
Place pan under hot broiler and broil until panko is lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.
Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on the broiler as panko may burn.Carefully remove from broiler. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt. Rest, 3 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
