Customize It Instructions

  • If using 20 oz. steak strips, follow same instructions as 10 oz. steak strips, working in batches, if necessary.

  • If using diced chicken breasts, pat dry. Follow same instructions as steak strips in Step 1, stirring occasionally until browned and chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

  • If using shrimp, pat dry. Follow same instructions as steak strips in Step 1, cooking until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

  • If using sliced pork, follow same instructions as steak strips in Step 1, stirring occasionally until browned and pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

  1. 1

    Cook the Steak Strips

Pat steak strips dry. Coarsely chop, then separate pieces.

Place a medium oven-safe non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.

Add steak strips, garlic pepper, and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains and steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

While steak strips cook, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Coarsely chop spinach.

    Mince garlic.

Combine ricotta and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl. Set aside.

  3. 3

    Add the Pasta

Add garlic to hot pan with steak strips and stir often until fragrant, 30-60 seconds.

Add pasta, cream base, spinach, a pinch of salt and pepper, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for topping). Mix well. Remove from burner.

Top evenly with panko, remaining Parmesan, and dollops of ricotta mixture.

  4. 4

    Bake Pasta and Finish Dish

Place pan under hot broiler and broil until panko is lightly browned, 1-2 minutes.

Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on the broiler as panko may burn.

Carefully remove from broiler. Pan handle will be hot! Use an oven mitt. Rest, 3 minutes.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
