Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine spinach, roasted red peppers, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray.

    Add the Shrimp

    Pat shrimp dry.

    Add pasta, sauce, and butter to tray. Gently stir to combine, keeping spinach and peppers on bottom. Butter will melt as meal cooks.

    Top with shrimp.

    Bake the Meal

    Cover tray with foil. Bake in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 18-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir to combine. Garnish meal with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
