Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine sweet potatoes, garlic salt, hatch green chiles (use half if spice-averse), and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray.

    Spread into an even layer. Top with dollops of cream cheese. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.

    Cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Add the Chicken

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir corn into vegetables. Push to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Place chicken in empty side of tray. Top chicken evenly with chipotle aioli, then crispy onions, pressing gently to adhere.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake again uncovered in hot oven until sweet potatoes are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir vegetables to combine and top with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
