If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, follow same instructions.

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Place a medium oven-safe non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Cook the Broccoli
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Place another medium oven-safe non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add broccoli and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 2-4 minutes.Uncover and stir occasionally until broccoli is tender, 2-3 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce and Pasta
Add 1/2 cup water and cream cheese to hot pan. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.
Once simmering, stir in shredded cheese, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper until combined, 1-2 minutes.If too thick, add additional water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Add pasta and a pinch of salt. Stir occasionally until pasta is coated, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Broil Chicken and Pasta and Finish Dish
Evenly top chicken with mustard (to taste), then crispy onions, pressing gently to adhere. Chicken will be hot! Use caution.
Coarsely crush crackers.Evenly top pasta with paprika and crackers.Broil chicken and pasta under hot broiler until crispy onions and crackers have browned, 2-3 minutes.Don't text and broil! Keep an eye on oven as toppings may burn easily under broiler.Carefully remove both pans from broiler. Pan handles will be hot! Use an oven mitt.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
