Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Mash the Cauliflower
Bring a medium pot with cauliflower covered by water to a boil.
Once boiling, cook until fork-tender, 12-15 minutes.Remove from burner. Drain cauliflower in a colander and return to pot. Mash until smooth. Add half the softened cream cheese, half the butter (reserve remaining of both for sauce), garlic and parsley seasoning, and 1/2 tsp. salt. Stir until smooth.While cauliflower boils, continue recipe. -
2 Roast the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place green beans on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into a single layer.Roast in hot oven until tender, but still crisp, 12-14 minutes.Remove from oven and toss green beans with Parmesan.While green beans roast, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Steaks
Pat steaks dry.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add steaks to hot pan and cook until steaks reach desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well.Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Remove from burner. Transfer steaks to a plate and cover with foil. Rest, 3 minutes.Wipe pan clean and reserve. -
4 Make the Sauce
Return pan used to cook steaks to medium heat. Add remaining softened cream cheese, remaining butter, coarse black pepper, mustard (to taste), and 2 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Stir constantly until smooth, 2-3 minutes.
Remove from burner.If sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping steak with sauce. Bon appétit!
