Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In the provide tray break up 1 packet of tortilla strips into small pieces. Add ground beef and mix to combine. Add chipotle aioli, 1/2 tsp fajita seasoning and 1/4 tsp salt and pinch of pepper. Mix until smooth. Form into 2 even size meatloaves and place in side of the provide tray. Top meatloaves with enchilada sauce. -
Prepare ing.
In 1 side of the tray, layer black beans, red pepper, and zucchini. Add 1/2 tsp fajita seasoning, and 1/4 tsp salt, and a pinch of pepper. Mix to combine.
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes. -
Finish meal
Carefully remove from oven. Remove meatloaves from tray and set on a plate to rest. Add cream cheese and a pinch of salt to empty side of tray. Mash gently into sauce until cream cheese is soft. Stir into veg until a smooth sauce forms. Top veg with cheddar cheese and bake till cheese is melted, 5 min. Carefully remove from oven and top with 1 packet tortilla strips.
