Prepare your ingredients, place them in the cooker, and then live your best life for hours and hours, while the scrumptiousness builds and your dinner slowly cooks. Plus, we're giving you enough for leftovers. Groovy.

You Will Need
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
Seafood 145° F |
Chicken 165° F |
Ground Beef 160° F |
Ground Turkey 165° F |
Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Ingredients
Stem and coarsely chop cilantro.
Combine ground beef, mayonnaise, panko, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl. Form into 18 meatballs, about the size of golf balls.
Start the Meal
Place slow cooker liner in slow cooker, if desired. Fold top edges in before putting on lid.
Combine marinara, pepper and onion mix, seasoning blend, ½ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a clean slow cooker. Top with meatballs.
Turn slow cooker on to high heat. Cover, and cook until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4 hours.
Cook the Pasta
After 3 ½ hours, bring a large pot of water to a boil.
Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 8-10 minutes.
Reserve ½ cup pasta cooking water. Drain pasta into a colander.
Finish the Dish
After 4 hours, stir pasta into slow cooker. If too dry, add reserved pasta cooking water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with cheese, sour cream, and cilantro. Bon appétit!
