Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Place rice in half of provided tray and top with tomatoes and zucchini. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp. olive oil and seasoning blend.

    Add the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry, and place in empty space in tray. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until zucchini is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

    While chicken cooks, combine sour cream and lemon juice in a mixing bowl.

    Carefully remove from oven. Top chicken evenly with lemon cream and feta. Bon appétit!!
