If using 20 oz. ground turkey, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground turkey, working in batches, if necessary.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Steps 2, and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Steps 2, and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Break green beans in half, if desired.Add green beans, half the ranch seasoning (reserve remaining for mashed potatoes), 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to provided tray and mix until completely combined.Cover with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 12 minutes.While green beans bake, form meatballs. -
2 Add the Mashed Potatoes and Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Form into six equally-sized meatballs.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Push green beans to one corner. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Stir mashed potatoes vigorously. Add mashed potatoes to empty corner of tray, next to green beans. Stir in remaining ranch seasoning, then top with cheese.Add meatballs to empty side of tray. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until green beans are tender and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 26-28 minutes.
While meal bakes, combine Buffalo sauce (to taste), honey, and sugar in a microwave-safe bowl until completed combined. Microwave on high, 15 seconds.Carefully remove tray from oven. Top meatballs with Buffalo-honey sauce. Bon appétit!
