To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions
If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 32-35 minutes.
Bake the Green Beans
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, 1 tsp. olive oil, and 1 Tbsp. water in provided tray. Spread into a single layer.Cover tray with foil. Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Form the Meatloaves
Carefully remove tray from oven. Remove foil. Combine green beans and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves). Push green beans to one corner. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. Add mashed potatoes in empty corner next to green beans.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ricotta, remaining garlic salt, panko, and a pinch of pepper. Form into two equally-sized loaves.Place loaves in empty space in tray and top evenly with shredded cheese.
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
While meal bakes, in another mixing bowl, combine sour cream and caramelized onion jam.Carefully remove tray from oven. Top loaves with sour cream-caramelized onion mixture. Bon appétit!
