Recipe Steps

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Remove lid and label. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Combine ¼ cup water, pasta, sour cream, demi-glace, caramelized onions, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in bottom of provided tray.

    Add Chicken and Topping

    Place chicken on pasta in a single layer and season with a pinch of salt. Top evenly with mozzarella. Coarsely crush croutons in bag and sprinkle over dish. If using organic whole chicken breasts, cut into 1" dice and follow same instructions. If using shrimp, follow same instructions.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until golden brown and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Bon appétit! If using shrimp, bake uncovered in hot oven until golden brown and shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
