If using ground beef, cook until patties reach minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Roast the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven until browned and tender, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.Carefully remove from oven.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Form Patties
Stem mushrooms and cut caps into 1/4” slices.
Halve and peel onion. Cut halves into 1/4" slices.In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground turkey, steak seasoning, and a pinch of salt. Form turkey mixture into 2 equally-sized patties, 5" across. -
3 Cook the Patties
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add patties to hot pan. Cook until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes per side.Evenly top patties with cheese. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, 60-90 seconds.Remove from burner.While patties cook, continue recipe. -
4 Cook the Vegetables
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add onions, mushrooms, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned, 8-10 minutes.If pan becomes dry, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, as necessary.Remove from burner.While vegetables cook, continue recipe. -
5 Heat Rolls, Make Dijon Aioli, and Finish Dish
Heat rolls to your preference using a toaster or microwave.
Alternatively, place rolls directly on rack in hot oven, cut-side up. Toast until lightly browned, 3-4 minutes.While rolls heat, in another mixing bowl, combine mustard (to taste) and mayonnaise.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping bottom roll with Dijon aioli, patty, vegetables, then top roll.
