1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim and thinly slice green onions.
In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine ground pork, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse), softened cream cheese, and half the green onions (reserve remaining for cucumber salad). -
2 Assemble the Pork Rolls
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel. If tortillas come folded, keep folded. Microwave until heated through, 30-60 seconds.
Carefully remove from microwave and transfer tortillas to a clean, flat work surface. Evenly divide pork mixture among tortillas, placing on one half. Fold one tortilla end over mixture and roll tightly, placing seam-side down.Place pork rolls, seam-side down, on prepared baking sheet and evenly spray with cooking spray. -
3 Bake the Pork Rolls
Bake in hot oven until pork rolls reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
Carefully remove from oven. While pork rolls bake, continue recipe. -
4 Assemble Cucumber Salad and Finish Dish
Trim cucumbers and thinly slice into rounds.
In another mixing bowl, combine cucumbers, remaining green onions, slaw mix, dressing, and a pinch of salt and pepper. To serve, top pork rolls with garlic sesame sauce and mayonnaise. Garnish cucumber salad with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
