Who doesn't love a BLT? And how can it possibly be made better? Well, you can add a garlic mayonnaise and garlic to... oh what is that... yep we're adding a burger to it. Have we messed with the perfect sandwich? No. We've created the perfect burger.

You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Roast Garlic and Start Potatoes
Place half the garlic (reserve remaining for burgers) and 1/2 tsp. olive oil on a piece of foil and form a foil pouch around garlic. Place directly on oven rack, opening side up, and roast in hot oven until garlic is tender, 18-20 minutes.
While garlic roasts, halve potatoes lengthwise and cut into 1/4" half-moons.Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and gently toss with 2 tsp. olive oil and seasoning blend until coated.Spread into a single layer. Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.While potatoes roast, prepare ingredients.AFTER PARTY: adding oil to garlic pouch
Prepare the Ingredients
Cut tomatoes into 1/2" rounds.
Mince remaining garlic.In a mixing bowl, combine garlic and ground beef. Form into two equally-sized patties.
Finish Potatoes and Roast Tomatoes
After 18-20 minutes, remove garlic pouch from oven.
After 15 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven and push potatoes to one side. Baking sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Place tomatoes on empty side of baking sheet and top with 1 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender, 10-12 minutes.While vegetables roast, cook buns and patties.
Toast the Buns
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add buns, cut side down, to hot, dry pan. Cook until toasted, 1-2 minutes.
Remove from burner. Remove buns to a plate. Reserve pan; no need to wipe clean.
Cook Patties and Finish Dish
Return pan used to toast buns to medium-high heat. Add patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
Remove from burner.In another mixing bowl, mash roasted garlic. Add mayonnaise and stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, spreading garlic-mayonnaise on bottom bun and topping with patties, tomatoes, arugula, bacon, and top bun. Bon appétit!
