Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Make the Meal
If using microwave: Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Carefully massage rice blend in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice blend from packaging. Combine rice blend, shredded chicken, demi-glace, peas, 2 Tbsp. water, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until chicken is warmed through, 5-8 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir to combine. Top with goat cheese (crumbling if necessary), fig glaze, and almonds. Bon appétit!
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Carefully massage rice blend in bag to break up any clumps.
