1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken, separate into pieces, and pat dry.
Combine pepper and onion mix, 2 tsp. olive oil, half the chimichurri seasoning (reserve remaining for chicken), and a pinch of salt in one section of provided tray.Combine chicken, remaining chimichurri seasoning, and 2 tsp. olive oil in empty section of tray.Microwave uncovered until vegetables are tender and chicken is heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave and uncover. Open flatbreads package on one side.Microwave in packaging until warmed through, 30-90 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Remove flatbreads from packaging.In a mixing bowl, combine tzatziki and 1 Tbsp. water until smooth.To serve, fill flatbreads with chicken and vegetables and garnish with tzatziki mixture and crispy onions. 2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain chicken, separate into pieces, and pat dry.

Bake in hot oven until warmed through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove tray and flatbreads from oven.In a mixing bowl, combine tzatziki and 1 Tbsp. water until smooth.To serve, fill flatbreads with chicken and vegetables and garnish with tzatziki mixture and crispy onions.
