This may be our most simple but brilliant meal yet. How do we mean “simple but brilliant?” With just one pan needed and only two ingredients to prep, this may be our most easy-to-make meal yet. But the flavors are anything but simple: Greek seasoning melds beautifully with beef, tomato, and onions, with fresh parsley and melty cheese making the perfect garnish. Brilliance does not have to be complicated, nor leave you with a ton of dishes in the sink.

You Will Need
Large Non-Stick Pan
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare the Ingredients
Halve and peel onion. Cut halves into ¼" dice.
Mince parsley, leaves and stems.
Cook the Beef
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground beef and cook, breaking up meat with a spoon, until beef begins to brown, 2-3 minutes.
Add onions and stir occasionally until onions are tender, 2-3 minutes.
Make the Sauce
Add tomatoes, milk, 1 cup water, half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish), and seasoning blend to pan.
Stir to combine and bring to a boil.
Cook the Pasta
Once boiling, stir in pasta until combined.
Reduce heat to medium and cover pan. Simmer until pasta is al dente and sauce is mostly absorbed, 14-16 minutes.
Season with ¼ tsp. salt.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with parsley and reserved cheese. Bon appétit!
