Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

Prepare The Ingredients
Spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to medium.
Place potatoes, bacon, 1 tsp olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided grill bag. Roll open end of bag to seal and gently shake to mix.Season steaks on both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Grill The Meal
Place grill bag, window side up, on hot grill and cook potatoes are tender, 10-12 minutes, flipping once halfway through.
While grill bag is on grill, place steaks on hot grill and cook until steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Remove steaks to a plate and rest, 3 minutes. Cut into 1/4 inch slicesPlace buns on grill, cut-side down, and toast, 30-60 seconds. Place cheese on bottom bun. -
Make The Slaw and Finish The Dish
Add mayo, ketchup, and horseradish to slaw mix bag and toss to combine.
Carefully, open grill bag and scoop out potatoes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing sliced steak on bun and topping with slaw, crispy pickles and top bun. Bon appétit!
