Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Bake the Green Beans
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine green beans, half the onion salt (reserve remaining for pork chops), and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray.Spread into an even layer and bake uncovered in hot oven, 15 minutes. -
2 Add the Pork Chops
Carefully remove from oven. Push green beans to one side. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Pat pork chops dry, and season both sides with remaining onion salt. Place pork chops in empty side of tray and top with pineapple.Top green beans with bacon. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Top pork chops with sweet and sour sauce and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
