Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Preheat oven to 425. Prepare provided tin with cooking spray. Add green beans, 2 tsp oil and garlic salt. Rub seasoning and oil into beans and spread in an even layer. Add 2 Tbsp water and cover with foil. Place in hot oven for 20 min, till beans begin to get tender.

pat dry chicken breast and season both sides with italian seasoning a pinch of salt and pepper. Add flour to portobello cream sauce and stir until combined. Carefully remove tray from hot oven and carefully remove and discard foil. Move beans to 1 side of the tray and place Chicken breast in empty side. Top chicken with butter and top beans with mushroom sauce.
Place tray back into hot oven till chicken breast reaches 165, and green beans are fork tender, 18-22 min. Carefully remove tray and plate up chicken, topping with crispy onions. Plate up green beans. Stir sauce together till smooth and top green beans and chicken with sauce as desired.
