If using shrimp, pat dry. Add shrimp to a medium non-stick pan with 2 tsp. olive oil over medium heat. Cook until pink and shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Pat chicken dry.
Combine chicken, corn, cheese, 1 tsp. olive oil, chipotle seasoning (use less if spice-averse), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. -
2 Bake the Chicken Mixture
Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-22 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven.While chicken mixture bakes, continue recipe. -
3 Heat Tortillas, Dress Slaw, and Finish Meal
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
If tortillas come folded, keep folded.Combine slaw mix and dressing in a mixing bowl.To serve, fill tortillas with chicken mixture and top with hot honey (to taste), slaw, and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
