  1. 1

    Start the Fries

Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.

Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into an even layer.

Roast in hot oven until slightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.

    While fries roast, continue recipe.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Ingredients

Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/4" slices.

Halve and peel onion. Cut halves into 1/4" slices.

    Slice pepperoni into thin strips.

  3. 3

    Cook the Sausage and Vegetables

Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

Add bell peppers, onions, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until slightly browned, 4-5 minutes.

Add sausage and break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.

Drain any excess liquid, if desired. Pan will be hot! Use a utensil/caution.

Stir in marinara until combined and sausage mixture is coated, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

  4. 4

    Top the Fries

After 25-30 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven and push fries to center of sheet.

Evenly top fries with sausage mixture, cheese, then pepperoni.

  5. 5

    Finish Fries and Finish Dish

Roast in hot oven until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisp, 6-8 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping fries with dressing. Garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
