Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Fries
Cut potatoes into 1/4" fries and pat dry.
Place fries on prepared baking sheet and toss with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven until slightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing once halfway through.While fries roast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Remove stem, seeds, and ribs, and cut bell pepper into 1/4" slices.
Halve and peel onion. Cut halves into 1/4" slices.Slice pepperoni into thin strips. -
3 Cook the Sausage and Vegetables
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add bell peppers, onions, and a pinch of salt and pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until slightly browned, 4-5 minutes.Add sausage and break into smaller pieces until no pink remains and sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Drain any excess liquid, if desired. Pan will be hot! Use a utensil/caution.Stir in marinara until combined and sausage mixture is coated, 1-2 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Top the Fries
After 25-30 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven and push fries to center of sheet.
Evenly top fries with sausage mixture, cheese, then pepperoni. -
5 Finish Fries and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisp, 6-8 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping fries with dressing. Garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
