Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Bake the Vegetables
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine carrots, peas, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray until completely combined. Spread into a single layer and top with cream cheese.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

Add the Sausage and Sauce
Remove Italian sausage from casing. Crumble into small pieces.
Carefully, remove tray from oven. Top with pasta, Italian sausage pieces, and sauce.

Finish The Dish
Bake again uncovered until Italian sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-17 minutes.
While meal bakes, crush croutons in shipping bag.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir until completely combined. Top with Parmesanand crushed croutons. Bon appétit!
