    Bake the Vegetables

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Combine carrots, peas, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray until combined. Spread into an even layer and top with cream cheese. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    Add the Sausage and Sauce

Remove Italian sausage from casing. Crumble into small pieces. Carefully remove tray from oven. Top with pasta, Italian sausage pieces, and sauce.

  3. 3

    Finish the Dish

Bake again uncovered until Italian sausage reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-17 minutes. While meal bakes, crush croutons in shipping bag. Carefully remove from oven. Stir to combine. Top with Parmesan and crushed croutons. Bon appétit!
