Place spinach in bottom of provided tray and top with cream cheese. Add fettuccini to tray. Top with marinara sauce and then crumbled sausage.

Place in oven and cook until sausage reaches minimum internal temperature of 145. Remove from oven and stir in butter.

Crush crotons and sprinkle over the top of pasta.
