Customize It Instructions

  • If using 20 oz. ground beef, follow same instructions, forming 4 loaves and working in batches.

  • If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 30-35 minutes.

  • If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 28-30 minutes.

  1. 1

    Make the Meatloaves

Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

Combine ground beef, garlic salt, half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for sauce), ricotta, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a mixing bowl.

Form into two evenly-sized loaves and place loaves in one half of provided tray. Drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil.

Bake uncovered in hot oven until starting to brown, 10-12 minutes.

  2. 2

    Add the Potatoes and Peas

In another mixing bowl, combine marinara, remaining seasoning blend, 1 Tbsp. water, and demi-glace. Set aside.

Carefully remove tray from oven. Add peas, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper to empty side of tray. Stir to combine. Push peas to one corner of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

Add mashed potatoes to empty corner of tray and spread into an even layer.

    Pour sauce over meatloaves.

  3. 3

    Bake the Meal

Bake uncovered in hot oven until potatoes and peas are heated through and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 12-15 minutes.

Carefully remove tray from oven. Add pesto to peas and stir to combine. Bon appétit!
