Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Combine rice, salsa, diced pepper mix, seasoning blend, pulled pork, 1/2 cup water, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until pulled pork is warmed through, 18-20 minutes.

    Finish the Dish

    Carefully remove from oven. Garnish with cheese, guacamole, and crispy jalapaños (to taste). Bon appétit
