Cooking Guidelines

1 Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken breasts dry.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add chicken breasts to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner. Remove chicken to a clean cutting board and let cool, 5 minutes.After 5 minutes, cut chicken into 1" slices. -
2 Make the Salad
Thinly slice figs.
Combine spinach, arugula, figs, carrots, walnuts, and blue cheese (to taste), in a mixing bowl. Toss or gently stir to combine.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping salad with chicken and serving dressing on the side. Bon appétit!
