You Will Need
Medium Non-Stick Pan
Blender/Food Processor/Immersion Blender
Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Add tomatoes, zucchini slices, and crushed tomatoes to a blender or food processor.
Pulse until vegetables are finely chopped. Set aside.
Cook the Orzo
Once water is boiling, add orzo and cook until soft, 5-6 minutes.
Strain orzo and set aside.
While orzo cooks, start turkey.
Cook the Turkey
Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.
Finish the Dish
Add garlic, blended vegetable mixture, orzo, and cream cheese to hot pan with turkey.
Stir occasionally until cream cheese melts and mixture is combined and heated through, 3-5 minutes.
