Cooking Guidelines

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Add tomatoes, zucchini slices, and crushed tomatoes to a blender or food processor.
Pulse until vegetables are finely chopped. Set aside. -
2 Cook the Orzo
Once water is boiling, add orzo and cook until soft, 5-6 minutes.
Strain orzo and set aside.While orzo cooks, start turkey. -
3 Cook the Turkey
Heat 2 tsp. olive oil in a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat.
Add ground turkey to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes. -
4 Finish the Dish
Add garlic, blended vegetable mixture, orzo, and cream cheese to hot pan with turkey.
Stir occasionally until cream cheese melts and mixture is combined and heated through, 3-5 minutes.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
