Cook the Chicken
Pat chicken dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a large non-stick pan over medium heat. Add chicken to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.
Remove from burner. Wipe pan clean and reserve.
While chicken cooks, prepare ingredients.
Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and halve shallot. Slice thinly.
Coarsely chop walnuts.
Halve pear lengthwise, core, and thinly slice.
Cook the Green Beans
Return pan used to cook chicken to medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add shallot, pear, and green beans to hot pan and cook until green beans turn bright green, 1-2 minutes.
Stir in ¼ cup water, balsamic vinegar, and a pinch of salt. Cover and stir occasionally until tender, 8-10 minutes.
Remove from burner and drizzle with garlic oil. Season with a pinch of pepper.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping chicken with goat cheese (crumbling if needed) and walnuts. Bon appétit!
