Cooking Guidelines

1 Cook the Turkey
Stem jalapeño, halve, seed, remove ribs, and mince. Wash hands and cutting board after working with jalapeño. Heat 1 tsp. olive oil in a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey, jalapeño (to taste), and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes. Remove from burner.

2 Make the Salad
Halve tomatoes. Quarter apple and remove core. Cut into ½" slices. Stem, seed, remove ribs, and cut red bell pepper into 1" dice. Halve lime and juice. In a mixing bowl, combine spinach, tomatoes, diced peppers, and 2 Tbsp. lime juice. Place dish as pictured on front of card, topping salad with ground turkey and cheese and serving apple slices on the side. Bon appétit!
