Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Start the Meal
Spray provided tray with cooking spray. Break ground chicken into pieces and add to tray. Top with seasoning blend.
Add tomatoes and drizzle with 2 tsp. olive oil.Bake uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-20 minutes. While chicken and tomatoes bake, combine quinoa, cream cheese, garlic, and 1/4 cup water in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave until heated through, 1 minute.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir quinoa until cream cheese is thoroughly melted and combined. -
2 Finish the Meal
Tear spinach into small pieces.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Add quinoa mixture, couscous, spinach, and half the cheese (reserve remaining for garnish). Stir to combine.Bake again uncovered in hot oven until spinach is wilted and couscous is heated through, 5-10 minutes. Carefully remove from oven and stir to combine. Garnish with remaining cheese.
