Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice from packaging. Place mixed diced peppers in one section of provided tray. Top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave until tender, 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Drain chicken and pat dry. Combine rice and a pinch of salt in empty section of tray. Place chicken and a pinch of salt in section with peppers. Cover tray again with a damp paper towel and microwave until chicken is heated through, 3-4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir oyster sauce and garlic sesame sauce into chicken. To serve, top rice with chicken and peppers and garnish with peanuts and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!

2 Oven Instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Tear a small slit in an upper corner of bag to vent. Place upright in microwave and heat, 45 seconds. Remove rice from packaging. Place mixed diced peppers in one section of provided tray. Top with 1 tsp. olive oil. Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until tender, 12-13 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Drain chicken and pat dry. Combine rice and a pinch of salt in empty section of tray. Place chicken and a pinch of salt in section with peppers. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet again. Bake covered in hot oven until chicken is heated through, 18-20 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir oyster sauce and garlic sesame sauce into chicken. To serve, top rice with chicken and peppers and garnish with peanuts and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
