Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Toast the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet.
Toast in hot oven until edges are brown and crispy, 8-12 minutes.While flatbreads toast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare Ingredients and Make Whipped Feta
Halve tomatoes.
Mince pickled onions.In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, softened cream cheese, feta, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside. -
3 Prepare the Tofu
Line a plate with paper towels. Halve tofu. Place half the tofu on towel-lined plate (remaining is yours to use as you please!). Top with paper towels, pressing gently but firmly to remove excess moisture.
Using your hands, crumble tofu into pea-sized pieces. Season all over with piri piri seasoning (use less if spice-averse) and buttermilk-dill seasoning. -
4 Cook the Tofu
Line another plate with a paper towel.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.Add tofu to hot pan and stir occasionally until crisp and golden-brown, 6-8 minutes.Remove from burner. Transfer tofu to towel-lined plate. -
5 Assemble Flatbread and Finish Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping flatbread with whipped feta, tofu, tomatoes, pickled onions, and arugula. Bon appétit!
