Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Ground Turkey 165° F |

    Prepare The Ingredients

    Spray grill with cooking spray and heat grill to medium heat.

    Form turkey and panko blend into two patties, about 4" in diameter. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper and drizzle with 1 tsp. olive oil.

    Place potatoes, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided grill bag. Roll open end of bag to seal and gently shake to mix.

    Grill The Meal

    Place grill bag on hot grill and cook until potatoes are tender, 10-12 minutes.

    Place patties on hot grill. Grill until patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes per side.

    Place buns on grill, cut-side down, and toast, 30-60 seconds.

    Finish The Dish

    Carefully, open grill bag and add pesto. Toss and scoop out potatoes.

    Slather bottom buns with sour cream and top with chimichurri seasoning and feta cheese.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing burger on bun and topping with spinach, banana peppers, and top bun. Bon appétit!
