    Make the Salad

    Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Trim cucumber and cut into ¼" slices. Combine miso dressing and Asian sesame dressing. Place chicken and edamame in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave until warm, 1-2 minutes. Place spinach, slaw mix, chicken, edamame, and cucumbers in a bowl and toss with dressing. Garnish salad with peanuts. Bon appétit!
