This meal provides a horde of flavor: spicy Szechuan, plus sesame garlic, ground beef, broccoli, and a hint of ginger. And it crosses the steppe from ingredients to meal in less than 15 minutes. (Is that enough Mongolian references? Can there ever be enough?)

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions

If using chicken breasts, pat dry and, on a separate cutting board, cut into 1” dice. Season all over with seasoning blend. Follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 1, stirring occasionally until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 1, cooking until heated through, 4-6 minutes.

If using shrimp, pat dry and season with seasoning blend. Follow same instructions as ground beef in Step 1, cooking until shrimp reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes per side.

1 Cook the Ground Beef
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil.
Add ground beef and seasoning blend to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes.Transfer ground beef to a plate. Keep pan over medium-high heat.While beef cooks, cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. -
2 Cook the Broccoli
Add broccoli, slaw mix, garlic, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 2 Tbsp. water to hot pan.
Cover, and cook until broccoli is bright green, 4-5 minutes. -
3 Add the Sauce
In a mixing bowl, combine cornstarch and 1/4 cup water until cornstarch is dissolved.
Uncover hot pan, and stir in spicy Szechuan sauce (to taste), garlic sesame sauce, and sugar until combined.Add cornstarch-water mixture and bring to a simmer.Once simmering, stir in ground beef and cook until warmed through, 30-60 seconds.Remove from burner. -
4 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
