1 Microwave Instructions
Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine mushrooms and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray.Microwave uncovered until mushrooms have softened, 4-5 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir in flour until mushrooms are coated. Add 1 cup water, bolognese sauce, cream cheese, garlic salt, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper and stir until completely combined. Then stir in pasta, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), and a pinch of salt.Microwave again uncovered until slightly thickened, 4-5 minutes.While meal microwaves, combine ricotta and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.Carefully remove tray from microwave.To serve, garnish with remaining Parmesan, ricotta, and red pepper flakes (to taste). 2 Oven instructions
Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
