Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain beef and separate slices.

    Place mashed potatoes in one section of provided tray. Top with spinach and a pinch of salt. Combine mushrooms, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt in empty section of provided tray.

    Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave, 3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir butter into potato-spinach section until completely combined. Stir beef, cornstarch, demi-glace, and 2 Tbsp. water into mushroom section.

    Cover tray again with a damp paper towel. Microwave until beef is warmed through and sauce is slightly thickened, 3-5 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir both sections separately until combined. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry. Drain beef and separate slices.

    Place mashed potatoes in one section of provided tray. Combine mushrooms, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt in empty section of provided tray.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven, 12 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir potatoes, then top with spinach, a pinch of salt, and butter. Stir beef, cornstarch, demi-glace, and 2 Tbsp. water into section with mushrooms.

    Place tray again on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir both sections separately until combined. Bon appétit!
