Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add garlic and cook, 30 seconds. Add green beans and cook 1 minute. Add ¼ cup water, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes. Remove from burner,a dn transfer to a plate. Tent with foil and wipe pan clean.

Place medium non stick pan ofver medium high heat. Add 1 tsp olive oil. Add tomatoes to hot pan. Cook until tomatoes release juices, 2-3 min. Season with tomato seasoning and cook until tomatoes are concentrated, 2-3 min. . Add pepper jelly while stirring continuously for 1 min, or until thoroughly combined. Plate chicken, beans and biscuit, serving tomato pepper jelly with chicken. Bon Appetit!
