Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging.
Combine pasta, pesto, peas, and garlic salt in provided tray. Push to one side.
Add the Pork Chops
Place pork chops in empty side of tray. Top with ¼ tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Spread mayonnaise on chops and top with seasoning blend, panko, and Parmesan. Drizzle with 2 tsp. olive oil.
Break butter into small pieces and scatter over pasta.
Finish the Dish
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-18 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
