Crispy chicken is the best, right? Can't top that? Ha, we're all about topping our crispy chicken breasts like we're climbing Mt. Everest. For one thing, we've got salty good ranch seasoning on these cluckers, adding an amazing flavor dimension. We also have a hot honey butter coating that crispy goodness, and what can beat a hot honey? We've reached the summit of our culinary crispy chicken Mt. Everest and the views are great!

If using salmon fillets, pat dry and top flesh side with ranch seasoning, mayonnaise, then panko, pressing gently to adhere. Follow same instructions as chicken in Step 4, cooking, panko side down first, until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.
-
If using sirloin steaks or ribeye steak, follow same instructions as chicken in Steps 2 and 4, cooking, panko side down first, until browned, 2-3 minutes, lowering heat, flipping, and cooking until steaks reach minimum internal temperature, 2-3 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Halve ribeye to serve.
