Customize It Instructions
If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as beef in Steps 1, 2, and 3, breaking up burger with hands, forming into meatballs, and cooking until heated through, 10-15 minutes.
If using ground chicken, follow same instructions as beef in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-15 minutes.
If using ground pork, follow same instructions as beef in Steps 1, 2, and 3, baking until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 10-15 minutes.
Make the Meatballs
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, 1 tsp. olive oil, Parmesan, panko, half the seasoning blend (reserve remaining for pasta), ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into eight equally-sized meatballs.
Assemble the Meal
Combine pasta, red bell peppers, remaining seasoning blend, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in provided tray. Top with meatballs.
In another mixing bowl, combine ¼ cup water and marinara. Top meatballs with marinara-water mixture.
Finish the Dish
Cover with foil and bake in hot oven, 15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven and uncover. Top with mozzarella and pepperoni. Bake uncovered until meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Garnish with red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
