Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Make the Dish
If using microwave: Thoroughly combine 1/4 cup water, chicken base, rice, seasoning blend, marinara, fire-roasted tomatoes, and roasted tomatoes in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. Shingle pepperoni on rice mixture. Cover with a damp paper towel and microwave, 4 minutes. Carefully remove tray from microwave. Top with mozzarella. Microwave again uncovered until cheese is melted, 4-5 minutes. Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 3 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
If using oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Thoroughly combine 1/4 cup water, chicken base, rice, seasoning blend, marinara, fire-roasted tomatoes, and roasted tomatoes in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. Shingle pepperoni on rice mixture and top with mozzarella. Cover tray with foil and place tray on a baking sheet. Bake in hot oven, 20 minutes. Carefully remove tray from oven and remove foil. Place tray on baking sheet and bake again in hot oven until heated through and cheese melts, 8-10 minutes. Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes. Garnish with Parmesan and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
