Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions
If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as steak strips in Steps 1 and 2, breaking up burger and baking uncovered in hot oven until heated through, 18-20 minutes.
Bake the Steak Strips and Vegetables
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Separate steak strips into a single layer and pat dry.
Combine peppers and onion mix and steak strips in provided tray. Spread into a single layer and top with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.
Add Sauce and Bake Meal
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir in ¼ tsp. salt, cornstarch, and demi-glace until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Bake again uncovered in hot oven until steak strips reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
Heat Cheese Sauce and Finish Meal
Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.
While meal rests, microwave cheese sauce until warm, 30-60 seconds.
Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
Place steak and vegetables in tortillas and garnish with cheese sauce, crispy onions, and red pepper flakes (to taste). Bon appétit!
