Before You Cook
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Ground Pork 160° F
Prepare Ingredients and Form Slider Patties
Peel and halve shallot. Slice thinly.
In a mixing bowl, combine beef, ¼ tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties, about 3" in diameter.
Cook Sliders and Shallot
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add ½ tsp. olive oil. Add patties to hot pan and cook undisturbed until browned, 3-4 minutes.
Flip patties and add shallot. Stir shallot occasionally until softened, patties are browned, and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes.
Add rosee sauce to pan and top patties with cheese. Remove from burner and cover until cheese is melted.
While sliders cook, make potatoes.
Cook the Potatoes
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add potatoes to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 3-5 minutes.
Remove from burner and stir in seasoning blend until evenly coated.
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing sliders on bottom buns and topping evenly with sauce and shallots. Place top buns on top. Bon appétit!
