Prepare Ingredients and Form Slider Patties
Peel and halve shallot. Slice thinly.
Quarter cheese.In a mixing bowl, combine beef, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Form into 4 equal-sized patties, about 3" in diameter. -
Cook Sliders and Shallot
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1/2 tsp. olive oil. Add patties to hot pan and cook undisturbed until browned, 3-4 minutes.
Flip patties and add shallot. Stir shallot occasionally until softened, patties are browned, and beef reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 3-4 minutes.Add rosee sauce to pan and top patties with cheese. Remove from burner and cover until cheese is melted.While sliders cook, make potatoes. -
Cook the Potatoes
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add potatoes to hot pan and stir occasionally until browned, 3-5 minutes.
Remove from burner and stir in seasoning blend until evenly coated. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, placing sliders on bottom buns and topping evenly with sauce and shallots. Place top buns on top. Bon appétit!
